Mundo Cards currently ships orders within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once processed, shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We use trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Damages & Lost Packages
Mundo Cards is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility. However, if you experience an issue, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Mundo Cards, we take great care in ensuring that all products are handled and shipped with the utmost attention to quality and authenticity. Due to the nature of the collectibles and trading card industry, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We understand the importance of customer satisfaction and encourage you to review product details carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions about an item, feel free to reach out to us prior to ordering.
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mundocards.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. However, due to payment processing fees incurred at the time of purchase, all cancellations will be subject to a 3.5% cancellation fee.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mundocards.com. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
